Midlandphoto.com will ship only to a customer’s own private shipping address. We cannot ship to freight forwarders, mail forwarders or any forwarding agent (Aramex and such), and need to ship directly to you, and promise to match the cheapest offer!
Packages of high value require a signature upon delivery (in accordance with PayPal & Credit Card processor requirements). Please make sure you are at the ship to address to sign for the package. If you paid with PayPal we will ship to your PayPal confirmed address. Please see the Payment policies for more details.
We cannot ship To: P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO.The carrier will send the package back to us after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver; if this happens you will be charged additional shipping charge of double the shipping cost (the cost of shipping back and forth).
You cannot choose the carrier and we cannot use the customer's account to ship an item. We cannot reroute a shipment after it has left the warehouse.
Please make sure that someone is available to sign for your package at the ship-to address. We cannot add special instructions note for the carrier. The carrier will arrive at the ship-to address and you will have to sign for the package.
If your package was damaged during transit a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. You must keep the box and all packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please call us if you have questions.
Please note: an up to date phone number is required. Please make sure your info on eBay/PayPal includes a valid phone number.
Shipping insurance is optional and not included. When shipped with USPS there is no guarantee for a tracking number that works. Midlandphoto.com does not ship to P.O. Box’s.

We guarantee up to 10 business days for delivery of the package (Saturday, Sunday and national holidays are not business days).
We will email you once we ship the package to you. Delivery time does not include handling time of 1-2 business days which may vary, especially during peak periods.

Free Shipping for Televisions over 55”
For online purchases our standard shipping is “curbside.” For an additional fee, you can purchase white glove delivery, which includes delivery into your home, un-packaging and plugging into an electrical outlet. Please note that will televisions; white glove delivery does not include assembly, placing on stand, mounting, or any other form of installation. White Glove delivery allows you to inspect the TV for damage and defects, and allows you to ensure that your TV has arrived in good working condition.
As you can imagine shipping a TV can be very delicate. We have partnered with delivery companies that specialize in delivering televisions to ensure your product arrives safely. That being said, there are still very rare occasions when the television may be damaged during transit.
You Must Inspect The Television for Damages Before The Driver Leaves. Accepting delivery indicates there is no physical damage to the television. Please note, you must retain all manufacturer packaging until such a time as you are satisfied that the items delivered are in complete working condition, and there is no damage to them. Manufacturer packaging is a MUST regarding claims of damaged merchandise.
If you do not retain the packaging, there is no way to file a claim. As a result; Midlandphoto.com is not able to send a replacement, nor will we be able to refund the cost of the item.

Free Shipping for Massage Chairs
Free Curbside delivery is our standard delivery method and is offered as a free service. Using this method your massage chair will arrive in its factory boxes, un-assembled. Once your package gets close to home the delivery company will call you to schedule delivery. They will deliver your package via curbside or carport, and you will be responsible for getting it into your home or business. Some of these boxes can weigh in excess of 200+ lbs. Free shipping is to the lower 48 states; please contact us for a shipping quote to Alaska Hawaii & Canada.
If you refuse a package
you are responsible for shipping & handling fees to and from your location. The carriers that ship our packages DO NOT refund us the shipping cost's; therefore Midlandphoto.com DOES NOT refund shipping and handling both ways if you refuse the package.
Things to consider when choosing this delivery option:
- If you live in a building without an elevator, the delivery company will not bring your massage chair up- stairs. Only White Glove Delivery offers walk ups.
- Assembly is Required - Your massage chair ships to you in the factory boxes requiring assembly upon arrival. If you can follow the instructions this is generally pretty simple, and can take anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on which massage chair your purchased. Assembly usually consists of attaching the arms, or ottoman, and connecting air hoses.

White Glove Delivery
White Glove Delivery is the delivery and installation of your massage chair. A professional two-person team will coordinate the best day and time for delivery. Once they arrive your chair will be brought into your house, carried up one flight of stairs if needed, and completely assembled.
They remove all the packaging and have you do a test run to make sure everything is in working order. If you refuse a package, you are responsible for shipping & handling fees to and from your location.
The carriers that ship our packages DO NOT refund us the shipping cost's; therefore Midlandphoto.com DOES NOT refund shipping and handling both ways if you refuse the package. This is an added delivery service and ranges in price.
It is designed to help anyone that may need help moving their massage chair boxes around their home. An important note is that this service will bring the massage chair into your home for you and into whatever room you choose.
Why get a White Glove Delivery?
We recommend the white glove delivery option if you do not have help available to move the boxes around your home, or to get the massage chair set up. These massage chairs come in heavy factory sealed boxes and are not easy for one person to move around. If you do not have a friend or family member available during the time of delivery we recommend purchasing the white glove service so that the heavy lifting, movement of the heavy boxes and set-up of the massage chair is done for you.
Things to know about the White Glove Delivery Service
- White Glove Delivery is an added service and can vary in price.
- As an added service, White Glove Delivery is non-refundable
- A two person furniture installation team will deliver, unpack, and assemble your new massage chair where ever you would like in your home.
- The Delivery team will do a test run of your massage chair with you to ensure things are working as intended.
- Keep the original packing for 30 days after delivery in case you wish to return it. This will make it much easier to return the massage chair, and help to prevent damage due to improper packaging. Please see our return policy for more details. White Glove Delivery does add a few days to the delivery time. This is due to the delivery company having to process receipt of your massage chair, and then coordinate a delivery time with you.
- The White Glove Delivery company will be calling you to arrange delivery. A time window will be set for your delivery time.(Usually 2-4 hours)
- If you wish to cancel, or order a White Glove Delivery after your massage chair has shipped an additional rerouting charge may apply.
- If you would like the White Glove Delivery Facility to hold on to your massage chair and delay delivery for an extended period of time (usually longer than 10 days)
- Be advised that additional storage fees may apply On televisions; it includes delivery into your home, un-packaging and plugging into an electrical outlet.
All returns must be accompanied by a Midlandphoto.com Return Authorization Merchandise Number a.k.a. RMA#. Please contact our customer service division during our listed customer service hours.
All merchandise must be returned in its supplied packaging.
All supplied manufacturers accessories are included in original factory packaging.
Original manufacturer’s warranty cards and paperwork must be blank.
All returned merchandise must be unregistered.
Orders returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned back at the shippers expense
Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee not more than 15%.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages).
On all returned/refused package that were shipped out with free shipping, the actual shipping charge that was paid to ship out the order is non-refundable, and may be deducted from the return amount.
All refused packages will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued within 4-5 Business Days from time of return merchandise and may take up to a week to be reflected back on the credit card. However, most times, refunds show up within 1 – 2 business days.
Order Change / Cancellation:
You may request to change or cancel an order ONLY by phone (NOT BY EMAIL) as long as it has not been shipped. Notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact our Customer Support line at to request a change or cancellation.
If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing cost.
If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.
Please understand that we are happy to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. However, keep in mind, your new order is subject to current availability and pricing. Due to the manufacturer market changes, we cannot and do not guarantee pricing what so ever.
